Lori E. Miller, owner and president of Developing Professionals, provides training, consulting, and coaching services to organizations on leadership and professional development. She has conducted hundreds of seminars and workshops both locally and nationally for corporations, non-profit groups and professional associations. Areas of expertise include soft skills training for professional development, management and leadership development programs, process improvement and model creation, and employee engagement and goal attainment. Lori has over 20 years of management experience in Human Resources and Communications working in Fortune 500 companies, media, and higher education. Her company, Developing Professionals, was awarded Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certification in New York State in 2006.

AutoCAD Essentials – Open Enrollment

This class covers the essential core topics for working with AutoCAD. Participants learn the basic skills in core AutoCAD at the fundamental 2D level (AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT) which then serves as the backbone knowledge for other more complex AutoCAD products such as AutoCAD Architecture, Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD Map 3D. This class covers basic drafting and editing tools that enable the student to create and edit a simple drawing. Additionally a student will gain knowledge in reusable content and annotation insertion, as well as layout development (needed for plotting sheets) and general plotting. More advanced tools are also introduced throughout the course.
